The opportunity

As TAPI Strategy finance lead, you will be responsible to consolidate and support TAPI standalone financial processes

How you’ll spend your day

  • You will ensure that guidelines, processes, and best practices are fully and effectively implemented and used in all parts of TAPI org.
  • You will coordinate and consolidate TAPI Business Plan (Ops, R&D & Commercial Financial), reports &  lead all related the financial aspects of TAPI divestment process as well as escalating risks and providing mitigation plans to ensure deadlines are respected. 
  • Support  financial and business performance by monitoring appropriate metrics on which to measure the standalone business (put in place key KPIs and support action plans & monitor .their execution)
  • Work with operating team to identify and address trends, implement corrective actions and performance improvement actions.
  • Lead other TAPI Finance standalone project & support all head hoc projects.
  • Support, coordinate and Consolidate TAPI Finance service agreements covering all financial aspects (Treasury, Tax, Accounting & PF&A).
  • Support, coordinate and consolidate all other M&A and Carve out steps (due diligence tracker, spa and apa finance inputs, Legal entities creation and finance implications…)
  • Lead TAPI Business Development deals from financial perspective
  • Work with all relevant stakeholders (internal & external) 

Your experience and qualifications

Capabilities:

  • Trusted and collaborative Finance Business Partner to the business leadership team to support and challenge the business to achieve financial results.
  • Proactively provide high quality financial analysis, insights and judgement to aid commercial, operational, R&D and strategic decision making as well as driving business performance and identifying opportunities for business growth
  • Excellent communication and external interface skills
  • Collaborate with and participate actively with the Global Finance team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (MBA Preferred)
  • CPA with proof records of work in BIG 4 for 4 years 
  • 2-4 years of relevant analytical experience from the Big4 transaction advisory 
  • Experience from a leading strategic advisory firm- an advantage
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills- Must
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Excellent analytical and synthetic skills.
  • Initiative taker, drive person and problem solver, with a proactive approach and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
