The opportunity

As part of Global Total Rewards CoE function you will be responsible for designing, managing and administering global Rewards programs in Teva and support global Compensation activities. 

How you’ll spend your day

Global benefits:

  • Assess our benefits strategy to ensure alignment with purpose, strategy, employee value proposition and culture.
  • Identify minimum global standard of strategic benefits elements; collect and assess local practice to recommend improvements in relevant countries.
  • Identify ways to effectively communicate our benefits offering to enhance employee awareness, understanding, and appreciation.
  • Monitor industry trends, market benchmarks, and regulatory changes to ensure our program remain competitive and compliant.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Total Rewards, HR, HR Operations and People Services, Communications, Finance, Procurement and Legal.

Benefits program management:

  • Oversee Teva’s Global Broker Management program to ensure optimal coverage, effectiveness and cost management; manage broker relationship.
  • Analyze benefits usage data and employee feedback to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships and work with procurement to negotiate terms.

Global Career architecture:

  • Lead end to end Teva Global Career architecture assessment and maintenance
  • Designated focal point to provide advice and counsel to HR on global leveling and job codes
  • Partner with IT and other HR functions to design HRIS functionality

Your experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Economy, Statistics, Human Resources or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in C&B domains (e.g. annual pay processes, surveys benchmark, salary review processes, benefits program design)
  • Team player, with the ability to work independently
  • Strong quantitative analytic capabilities, ability and willingness to go into details and learn complex new materials
  • Excellent Collaboration, influencing and interpersonal skills, the ability to develop effective working relationships with a diverse and global team and positively impact team's performance through partnership
  • Ability to support global and complex programs and process
  • Excellence in execution, the ability to resolve complex issues and complete multiple tasks within agreed timelines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
