Our Team, Your Impact

We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to establish and drive BI & Analytics best practices across the enterprise. This role will shape the future of scalable analytics products, enterprise semantic modeling, and AI-enabled analytical capabilities within Teva’s BI Center of Excellence (CoE).

The Senior Manager will define standards, enable reusable capabilities, lead innovative initiatives, and ensure governance excellence across BI & Analytics platforms. This role combines strategy, architecture leadership, innovation, and enterprise enablement to accelerate value realization from data and AI investments

How You’ll Spend Your Day

Strategy & Roadmap Leadership

  • Define and execute the enterprise BI & Analytics best practices strategy aligned with business and IT objectives.
  • Establish a scalable roadmap for modern analytics.
  • Partner with business and technology leadership to define and maintain high-impact reference architectures.
  • Drive standardization and enterprise alignment across domains.

Enterprise Capability Enablement

  • Design and govern standardized BI design patterns and architectural blueprints.
  • Develop and maintain a curated templates and accelerators library.
  • Own and govern certified visuals and reusable analytical components.
  • Enable scalable self-service analytics under defined governance guardrails.

Enterprise Semantic Layer Ownership

  • Own and evolve the enterprise semantic layer strategy and architecture.
  • Ensure a consistent single source of truth across analytical domains.
  • Lead certification processes for semantic models and datasets.
  • Drive enterprise-wide model standardization and reuse.

Innovation & AI Enablement

  • Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) for emerging analytics and AI capabilities.
  • Embed AI-driven accelerators to streamline and automate analytical product development.
  • Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, AI teams, and other CoEs to address strategic and ad-hoc challenges.
  • Evaluate and introduce modern tools and capabilities within Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.

Governance & Quality Excellence

  • Establish and enforce BI architecture and solution governance frameworks.
  • Define quality standards, performance optimization guidelines, and review processes.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance and security standards.
  • Drive solution optimization and cost efficiency across platforms.

Community & Adoption Leadership

  • Enable domain teams to build high-quality local data products within defined governance standards.
  • Lead and grow the BI & Analytics Community of Practice.
  • Develop and maintain an enterprise BI & Analytics playbook for common use cases and patterns.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in data modeling and analytics.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Azure Databricks
    • Microsoft Fabric
    • SQL and Python
  • Deep understanding of multidimensional and semantic modeling concepts.
  • Proven experience in solution optimization, performance tuning, and enterprise-scale analytics architecture.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing global teams and working with external vendors.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to combine hands-on technical leadership with enterprise-level thinking.
