Job Description

•    We're looking for a highly motivated analyst to join our corporate Finance Planning and Analysis unit.
•    The ideal candidate should bring a vast knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, key players, pipeline, and understanding of the latest trends, preferably with background from the capital market.
•    He/she should be a genuine team player, with 'hands-on' approach and au courant on the latest pharmaceutical industry news.
•    Assignments will include among other - preparing an analysis on the pharmaceutical market, competitors and competitive environment on a regular basis. In addition to take the lead and assist with the ongoing assignments in the FP&A such as the quarter closing, annual budget, long term plans and ongoing estimates.  
•    He/She should have the ability to see the 'big picture' but without neglecting the small moving items.
 

Qualifications

•    At least 4-5 years of experience as a capital market analyst- must
•    2-3 years of covering the pharmaceutical / biotech sector- must
•    Experience as a business analyst / FP&A / BP&A – advantage
•    Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Business Management (MBA – advantage)
•    Good understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
•    Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
•    Proven experience in preparing professional and complex presentations and documents for senior management
•    Microsoft Office tools - must. Familiarity with Hyperion Planning / SAP / BI tools - highly preferred.
•    Fluent English
•    Able to work under stress timelines, prioritize assignments, ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
