We are seeking a driven AI Product Manager to lead the design, development, and scaling of Agentic AI and enterprise automation products. This role goes beyond traditional AI/ML, focusing on autonomous agents, orchestration, and end-to-end process transformation.
You will own the full lifecycle—from identifying high-impact opportunities to hands-on prototyping, deployment, and scaling—while building a repeatable framework for enterprise AI adoption.This is a strategic + hands-on role, requiring strong product thinking, technical depth, and the ability to build and validate AI solutions.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
Product Strategy & Vision (Agentic AI First)
- Define and lead enterprise-wide Agentic AI and automation products
- Identify high-value use cases where AI agents can replace, augment, or orchestrate workflows
- Drive adoption of multi-agent systems, copilots, and autonomous workflows across functions (e.g., R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, Procurement)
- Translate business problems into AI-native product opportunities with measurable ROI
2. End-to-End Product Ownership
- Own the lifecycle: ideation → prototype → MVP → production → scale
- Prioritize features based on business value, feasibility, and performance
- Define and track success metrics
3. Hands-On Prototyping & Experimentation
- Build POCs, prototypes, and pilots using modern AI tools
- Rapidly test hypotheses using real or synthetic enterprise data
4. Solution Design & AI Collaboration
- Co-design scalable AI architectures with engineering and data science
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise-grade standards (scalability, reliability)
- Drive model validation, testing, and evaluation frameworks
5. Agentic AI Governance & Risk
- Define and enforce guardrails and governance frameworks
- Manage risks related to autonomy, compliance, and operational impact
6. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Bridge business, engineering, data science, and leadership
- Translate AI capabilities into clear business value and adoption strategies
- Lead teams in a global, matrix environment
7. Customer & User Focus
- Understand workflows to identify automation opportunities
- Run user research, pilots, and feedback loops
- Optimize products based on usage data and outcomes
Your Skills and Experience
- 5+ years in product management, including AI/ML products
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI or automation solutions
- Exposure to Agentic AI, LLM applications, or workflow automation platforms
Technical & Hands-On Skills
- Hands-on experience building AI agents, copilots, automations, or POCs
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and agent frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud (Azure, AI Foundry, Databricks), APIs, microservices, and multi-agent systems
Leadership & Product Excellence
- Experience building product frameworks and scalable methodologies
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
- Strong track record in cross-functional execution and measurable outcomes
Also Good to Have
- Experience in regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, finance)
