Job Description

Teva is looking for an experienced editor and writer to support our communications effort during the maternity leave of our current editor, with opportunity for continued work. This person will be part of Teva's Global Communications team, writing and editing content for use in internal and external communications initiatives as well as running communication campaigns and projects.

The purpose of this role is to execute on the global communications content strategy


  • Serve as the lead editor and/or writer for Teva's internal and external communications initiatives
  • Serve as an internal project manager on editorial efforts, collaborating with Communications team members and cross-functional partners
  • Create compelling content to support the global content strategy
  • Curate, draft and/or edit content for press releases, thought leadership pieces, company-wide announcements and internal newsletters
  • Work closely with the Global Content and Digital team to ensure synergistic messaging across all communication channels
  • Establish and manage an effective results dashboard, metrics and KPI’s



  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least7 years’ experience of working in content management and/or communications
  • Stakeholder and Project Management experience
  • Experience of living/working in multiple countries an advantage
  • Wide industry experience (healthcare and non-healthcare) preferred


  • Experience in external/internal communications and  content management preferred
  • Be able to work across functions, and cultures to create communications plans that are relevant for local needs and are aligned with global drivers and KPIs
  • Ability to work in a matrix, working across boundaries and countries to create a single story
  • Must be willing to explore new and disruptive ways of working
  • Digital and social media campaigns and planning
  • Digital experience including employee/stakeholder engagement tools and social media
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Excellence in written and spoken English
  • Fluent in English, written and oral.
