Job Description

The Finance Director is responsible for leading the improvements of TGO systems, processes, methodologies and business measurements. This position will interface with cross organizational stakeholders in order to implement best practices and efficient processes in TGO systems. 


Key Responsibilities:
•    Proactively explore for continuous improvements to optimize financial process and systems to improve Teva and TGO results within all areas of responsibility.

•    Be a proactive business partner to 'finance best practices' team to implement finance strategy in TGO.  Manage project's deliverables & timelines from TGO perspective for Central Finance, Rolling Forecast, AT11 variances and other business initiatives.

•    Define, prioritize, and work with IT on any system improvement that supports TGO finance vision. Design, coordinate and implement of new and existing IT requirements for  systems and reports to improve TGO processes. Support prioritizing and monitoring the TGO IT work plan

•    Work closely with cross organizational stakeholders – procurement, supply chain, Commercial, Portfolio, Pharma and API sites, BP&A, accounting and IT to successfully plan and execute systems and processes projects.
 

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Accounting or equivalent. MBA advantage
•    7+ years professional finance experience, experience in global manufacturing organizations - an advantage.
•    Strong Communication and partnering skills 
•    Strong analytical skills, attention to details and bias for action
•    System Oriented with expert skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, SAP, Hyperion- an advantage
•    Fluent in English
