Job Description


Primary purpose and function of this position:

  • To lead and support the planning and control activities of Regulatory Affairs in apiDMSO
  • To lead projects on global level to support Regulatory Affairs in apiDMSO


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the unit globally from planning and control perspective
  • Creating work plans for all types of submissions on yearly, quarterly and monthly basis; follow up on workplan execution
  • Collecting data globally for monthly reports
  • Support of IT systems; leading projects with IT for systems updateProject management for ongoing projects
  • Proactively suggest and support development/improvement of RA work processes in order to achieve constant improvement of the department
