Job Description

The Leadership and Organization development CoE (L&OD) is focused on envision, design and deliver an overarching Leadership and Organization Development strategy and practices, based on Teva's strategic priorities.
As part of Teva growth from within strategy, The L&OD unit is focused on developing our managers' population as well as critical segments to support Teva's ongoing success.

The L&OD team member, will work with various stakeholders to understand gaps, key needs, and focuses on Teva's targeted population to design and implement 'state of the art' yet simple global L&OD solutions. This role, requires partnering with HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, internal/external subject matter experts and third party vendors.   
This role is a unique opportunity to work on varied programs and lead end-to-end processes on a global scale within a complex and dynamic organization. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and implement global L&OD strategy and programs for targeted populations within Teva
  • Identify needs and gaps of a population/topic and translate them into solutions and processes
  • Design global OD solutions accordingly
  • Partner with HR business partners to promote the global OD solutions, collect feedback and lead a change management processes
  • Incorporate 'best in class' OD practices and lessons learned into the programs
  • Develop short term programs (3-6 months) to develop key populations (e.g. coaching, mentoring etc.)
  • Lead the organizational Performance Management process perspectives as well as leaders' and employees' experience
  • Introduce OD solutions and Facilitate programs to both HR and managers


  • OD professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in global organizations
  • Vast experience in the Leadership & OD arena:  familiarity with OD practices and solutions (coming both from best practices and literature)
  • Ability to build OD frameworks & approaches from scratch with proven experience in translating needs and concepts into OD and leadership practices 
  • Being able to zoom into details, while leading at an enterprise level with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with and influencing HR leads
  • A great team player being able to work in collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills
