Job Description

Corporate counsel to Chief Human Resources Officer and HR global leadership team,  providing support and legal lead on executive, employee and labor matters, compensation strategies, bonus plans, equity vehicles and other compensation and benefit plans.

Role includes end to end support for executive compensation issues concerning executive members and CEO, including drafting employment and termination agreements. Responsibilities include Board and Compensation Committee governance requirements, SEC disclosure rules and regulations, shareholder outreach and various corporate projects. In addition, providing legal support advising on global HR initiatives and human capital strategies; overseeing HR related litigations, vendor agreements and  labor law strategies: oversee budget and  external counsel management; a member of the Global HR leadership team and Corporate Affairs Legal Group

Qualifications

  • Minimum ten years of relevant legal experience. Preferably at an international  firm or multi-national in-house position
  • Significant general corporate, securities and exposure to global HR and executive compensation legal issues
  • Excellent written and spoken English and highly functional Hebrew required
  • Experience managing other professionals and complex processes preferred
  • Some US, European or international professional experience a plus
