Job Description

This role carries with it responsibility for Teva Corporate brand Marcom which includes strategic understanding in developing future Marcom assets for Teva, development of new tools for the designed to ensure that consistency across the different touchpoints, and providing support to the markets and various functions within Teva in order to secure adherence to the Corporate brand guidelines and consistency in implementation.

Key responsibilities

  • Be an expert of Teva's corporate brand guidelines (VI guidelines, brand book, etc.) to provide support and address different questions raised from stakeholders and vendors.
  • Work closely with the GC&B team, markets and various relevant functions within Teva, as well as key vendors to secure consistent brand execution across all relevant touchpoints and in line with the corporate brand guidelines.
  • Lead the development of key global marketing communication initiatives providing high quality tools and assets such as exhibitions, internal communication, and corporate events.
  • Identify new needs and opportunities for brand tools, visual aids to support corporate brand execution.
  • Support qualifying relevant design agencies as preferred suppliers who are well aware and trained according to Teva brand guidelines
  • Lead the brand centre development and maintenance including platform improvements, renewal of key assets, close cooperation with brand, market activation and digital teams to include relevant assets, case studies and helpful tools. Understand audience unmet needs and provide relevant solutions.  
  • Support global facilities team in regard to the re-branding and branding of new facilities project, suggesting relevant solutions for different branding challenges and new ideas.
  • Activate project work plans, manage and track Marcom budget.


  • 4-6 years of relevant experience and practice in Marcom- must
  • Experience in an international company- significant advantage
  • Bachelor / Master Degree.
  • Proven capabilities supporting the development of brand programs, assets and tools.
  • Strong project management experience and organizational skills including the ability to set, drive and monitor deliverables across multiple areas.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix and able to build relationships and manage expectations of a variety of stakeholders at global, and country levels
  • Proven experience in managing vendors manly in the area of design, creative, and printing.
  • Fluent in English
