Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Planner to join our Teva team. Utilising your strong background in Demand & Supply planning, you will be responsible for leading S&OP, managing inbound logistics, inventory, supply chain reporting for Australia.

As a Supply Chain Planner, you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as Commercial team, NPI team, RA, QA, logistics, freight forwarders, customer agents and manufacturing sites (internal & external) etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly S&OP meetings to meet ANZ business requirements.
  • Manage 24 months Rolling forecast planning for all products within AU market.
  • Lead Supply reviews and manage supply planning for internal and third party sites.
  • Lead Supply planning processes in AU market with focus on supply continuity, inventory cover and tender obligations.
  • Initiate and lead Supply Chain projects to improve supply flow, reduce inventory write-off, and improve customer service and KPI performance.
  • Work with S&OP manager, commercial and NPI team for new product launches to ensure operational readiness.
  • Lead and manage NPI process by closely working with sites, NPI and Portfolio team/s.
  • Co-ordinate with 3PL logistics provider to manage inbound logistics and cost for AU whilst managing inventory budget and target.


  • Diploma or Degree certification in Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in supply & demand planning, preferably within the pharmaceutical, FMCG or healthcare related industries
  • ERP experience such as Oracle and SAP
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with high attention to detail
  • Independent, self-driven but also a team player
  • Good interpersonal and influencing skills
