Our Team, Your Impact

We’re looking for a driven and passionate Specialist Sales Representative with a strong sales-focused mindset to join our CNS Neurology team. In this role, you’ll apply a salesperson approach, partnering with specialist customers to deliver impactful solutions, proactively identify opportunities, drive product adoption, and achieve sales targets across your territory—contributing directly to regional and national success.
 
Please note: Candidates must be currently based in South Australia or Western Australia.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed territory targets
  • Build and manage strong relationships with specialist customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Develop and implement territory business plans, including customer targeting, clinical activities, and promotional initiatives
  • Drive hospital formulary listings and support protocol changes where needed
  • Deliver effective product presentations using approved marketing materials
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights
  • Maintain accurate customer data and manage expenses within budget
  • Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to maximize impact
  • Ensure all activities comply with company, legal, and industry standards

Your Skills and Experience

  • Degree in Science, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales (specialist/hospital focus) or CNS clinical experience
  • Strong understanding of disease areas and product knowledge
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
