How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed territory targets
- Build and manage strong relationships with specialist customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Develop and implement territory business plans, including customer targeting, clinical activities, and promotional initiatives
- Drive hospital formulary listings and support protocol changes where needed
- Deliver effective product presentations using approved marketing materials
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights
- Maintain accurate customer data and manage expenses within budget
- Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to maximize impact
- Ensure all activities comply with company, legal, and industry standards
Your Skills and Experience
- Degree in Science, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales (specialist/hospital focus) or CNS clinical experience
- Strong understanding of disease areas and product knowledge
- Proven ability to manage key accounts and influence stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
