The opportunity
Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of our generics and biosimilars portfolio? As an In-Line Portfolio Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial strategy-driving growth, optimizing performance, and ensuring our products meet market needs. This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate across operations, supply chain, sales, marketing, and finance to deliver results that matter.
How you’ll spend your day
- Own the Strategy: Develop and execute a winning portfolio strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities
- Lead the Lifecycle: Manage products from launch to commercialization and eventual market exit
- Stay Ahead: Monitor market trends, competitor moves, and regulatory changes to identify risks and opportunities
- Drive Performance: Track KPIs, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Collaborate Across Teams: Lead cross-functional projects with Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, and Marketing for seamless execution
- Innovate Pricing & Promotions: Implement strategies that reflect market conditions and company objectives
- Be the Connector: Act as the key liaison between commercial and operational teams to resolve challenges and optimize outcomes
- Communicate & Influence: Share product vision and progress with stakeholders, from technical teams to senior leadership
Your experience and qualifications
- Deep expertise in the generics market, pricing strategies, and commercial planning
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years in pharmaceutical commercial roles with P&L responsibility
- Strong understanding of the pharma landscape, regulatory environment, and market dynamics
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver collaborative results
- Exceptional project management skills in fast-paced environments
- Marketing experience in pharma is a plus
- Commercial and financial acumen with strong analytical skills
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to influence without direct authority and lead complex projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to new processes and systems
- Familiarity with IQVIA data and datasets
