The Position

 

We have an opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager to manage our supply chain planning activities for Australia. Utilising your experience in Demand & Supply planning, you will be responsible for leading our monthly S&OP process, managing inbound logistics, inventory management, as well as Supply Chain KPI management and reporting.

Additionally in this role you will be the subject matter expert for supply chain processes for a SAP implementation.

This position reports to the Associate Director, S&OP and Projects, APAC.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Lead Supply Planning processes in AU market with focus on supply continuity, inventory cover and tender obligations.
  • Lead monthly S&OP and manage 24 months rolling forecast.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to reduce cost, improve customer service level and increase KPI performance.
  • Support local markets to manage the tenders from supply side.
  • Manage system and data integrity such as in MDG, Oracle, ASCP, DSC, and other Teva systems
  • Lead and manage NPI process by closely working with sites, NPI and Portfolio team/s to ensure operational readiness for new product launches.
  • Work closely with manufacturing sites (internal & external) - Lead Supply reviews and manage supply planning for internal and third party sites, including stock requirements, PO’s etc.
  • Work with Supply Chain and Commercial colleagues to minimise inventory write-off and mitigate any risk such as OOS, tender penalties.
  • Manage inbound logistics and cost for AU.

The Successful Candidate

 

  • Diploma or Degree certification
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Demand & Supply planning including managing inbound logistics.
  • ERP experience such as Oracle, Order Management & Purchasing modules, and SAP MDG system
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiency
  • Some pharmaceutical industry experience will be an advantage
  • Demonstrate good analytical & planning skills
  • Analytical mind-set coupled with excellent attention to detail and business acumen
