The Position


We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to support our CNS (Central Nervous System) portfolio. Utilising your brand management experience, you will be responsible for leading and developing marketing strategy. This role will also lean on your ability to work cross-functionally in order to execute marketing plans.

Please note this is a maternity leave contract for 11 months expected to start in February 2022.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop marketing strategy and lead cross-functional team to execute strategy for assigned products.
  • Manage distribution partners, including setting up and maintaining 3rd Party Agreements, to achieve best possible go-to-market strategy and maximise Teva’s market share.
  • Work with external agencies to design promotional programs.
  • Create promotional activities across different channels including digital.
  • Produce and deliver promotional materials.
  • Generate profitable growth for assigned products and manage promotional expense budget.
  • Evaluate product performance based on agreed KPIs.
  • Build relationships with KOLs, relevant associations, internal teams, advertising, PR and medical communications agencies.

The successful candidate


  • Degree in Marketing or Science related field
  • 3+ years’ brand management experience in the Australian pharmaceutical industry; with life cycle management experience and understanding of new product launches
  • Marketing experience in CNS or specialty medicine will be an advantage
  • Ability to develop business cases, patient models, and forecast
  • Strong contract management experience
  • Understanding of Digital and Multi-Channel Marketing
  • Knowledge of Veeva and Marketing Cloud, preferred
  • Strong planning and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with ability to work well with cross functional teams and build strong partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability to handle competing priorities effectively
