Position Summary

Managing Supply Chain planning activities for Australia and New Zealand including S&OP, inbound logistics, ordering, inventory, E&O, NPI, change management, budgets, master data, licenses, SC reporting etc.

Job Description

  • Lead ANZ S&OP on monthly basis to meet ANZ business requirements.
  • Manage Inventory, E&O and AOP budgets to meet SC, overall global operations goals
  • Lead new launch operational readiness process for ANZ by closely working with regional SC, NPI, sites and other cross functional teams.
  • Lead monthly demand/forecast meeting with commercial and ensure full alignment to meet ANZ business goals
  • Work with global Teva, Actavis and Third party sites to ensure orders are in place to meet ANZ business requirements using Oracle, Oracle ASCP and DSC systems.
  • Maintain data Accuracy and all relevant data parameters in Oracle, DSC and SAP MDG system
  • Manage 24 months rolling forecast.
  • Lead some of the sites meeting to ensure timely resolution of SC issues.
  • Co-ordinate with global logistics, freight forwarders and local custom brokers to ensure timely delivery of stock into 3PL (AU and NZ)
  • Manage demand/supply for ANZ for some MTO customers for out-licenced products
  • Manage monthly closing for supply chain, like sales, inventory reconciliation etc.
  • Manage import permits and wholesalers licences
  • Weekly, Monthly reporting for supply chain like KPI, Back order, CSL, inventory, E&O, PO status


  • Diploma or Degree certification in Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Demand & Supply planning including managing inbound logistics.
  • ERP experience, Oracle system, Order Management & Purchasing modules, SAP MDG system
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiency
  • Some pharmaceutical industry experience (preferred not necessary)
