We are looking for a qualified and motivated candidate for the role of Supply Readiness Expert, EMSO SC EMEA, based in Sofia.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Ensure the on time alignment of the operational readiness criteria and setting up the required parameters for products launching from/transferring to centrally managed EU suppliers
  • Manage and maintain key planning infrastructure to optimize and ensure best practice in supply chain performance and inventory planning process for assigned launches/ transfers product portfolio
  • Complete all operational set ups (SKU, Vendor, AW, Serialization, logistics, MDM etc) and manage supply issues during the readiness phase, and facilitate discussions to resolve the same with the guidance of LPCM Project Manager
  • Partner with the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) to support supply readiness and first supplies with 3rd Party Manufacturing sites
  • Support the continuous improvement of the launch/transfer readiness processes by identifying opportunities, and enable clarification in grey zones and on R&Rs during the establishment of the new ways of working
  • Own customer service and inventory metrics across the assigned launches/transfers product portfolio
  • Ensure that signoff of replenishment plans are agreed monthly through S&OP meetings, including identification of key constraints and implications
  • Support Regional S&OP process through relevant metric reporting and summary of key supply/capacity decisions if required
  • Support the development and agreement of constrained replenishment plans for products in scope
  • Maintain end to end supply readiness information flow from supplier to the Project Manager
  • Manage the end to end execution cycle of a Purchase Order
  • Evaluate changes requested to best response to market and Teva business needs

Your Skills and Experience

  • Degree or equivalent - preferably scientific or business management discipline
  • 3+ years Supply Chain experience in a GxP environment
  • 1+ year working in an international business environment
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical business

Also Good to Have

  • Analytical skills, exceptional oral and written communication skills (English), and capability to see the “big picture” while still paying attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Capable of presenting information to Project Managers, Supply Readiness team lead, SC team leads, and to SC Head, with supporting analysis and assumptions
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and be a spokesperson for supply management with a high level of personal credibility
  • Proven ability to deal with complexity and manage relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders (intercultural competencies)
  • S&OP and supply planning process knowledge and experience
  • Highest customer orientation, thinking in solutions and networks
  • Experience with planning ERP software SAP or equal
