The opportunity

 

We are looking for a Supply Planning & Analytics Manager to lead and optimize planning processes whiledriving data-driven decision-making across the supply chain. This role is ideal for someone who combinesplanning expertise with exceptional analytical skills, especially in Excel and planning systems.

How you’ll spend your day

• Own and continuously improve planning processes to ensure optimal service levels and inventoryperformance
• Develop and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and reports to support planning decisions
• Lead scenario planning, risk analysis, and what-if simulations
• Drive planning system utilization, enhancements, and data quality improvements
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders based on robust data analysis

Your experience and qualifications

• Understanding of demand planning and supply planning principles and best practices
• Superb analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query,macros/VBA is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with planning systems (e.g., ERPs, SAP, S&OP tools)
• Ability to structure complex data, identify patterns, and turn analysis into clear business recommendations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical audiences

 

Nice to Have
• Experience leading or mentoring planners or analysts
• Background in FMCG, pharma, manufacturing, or complex supply chains
• Knowledge of SAP BI, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
