In August 2016 Actavis has been acquired by Teva Pharmaceutical. In Bulgaria we are the largest employer in the pharmaceutical industry with near 1700 employees in the two manufacturing plants (Dupnitsa and Troyan); sales and marketing organization and in a number of global corporate functions based in our country. We are looking for qualified and motivated candidates for the role of Supply Chain Project Manager (temporary / maternity cover) to join the Analytics and Reporting team, based in Sofia.

Main Responsibilities

 

• Provide regional Supply Chain support in project management across commercial and operations to constantly improve performance and capabilities
• Manage Supply Chain meetings framework in terms of frequency, agenda, participants and action lists Ensure E2E process as well as continuous progress in building a community
• Coordinate various initiatives to continuously assess Supply Chain organization maturity – e.g. capabilities assessments, training needs in the network, skill and capability matrix
• Identify opportunities and strategies to improve SC performance and process in key areas such as service, cost and on-time delivery – e.g. customer service level, inventory management, cycle time, budget planning etc.
• Act as a Business Process owner for planning system support and governance. Be actively involved in system implementation and/or phase-outs to ensure robust planning processes being kept as well as to assess business impacts
• Provide support in any ad-hoc projects upon need be it in specific a site or as a general regional process improvement

Main Requirements

 

• Degree or equivalent - preferably scientific or business management discipline
• 3+ years Supply Chain experience, ideally APICS certified or similar
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical business
• Leader with superior analytical skills, exceptional oral and written communication skills, and can see the “big picture” while still paying attention to detail
• Possess the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Capable of presenting information to all levels of management with supporting analysis and assumptions
• Strong ability to influence, must have a high level of personal credibility as a spokesperson for supply management
• Proven ability to deal with complexity and manage relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders
• S&OP and supply planning process knowledge and experience
• Experience with planning, MPS, RCCP software as well as ERPs
• Ability to utilize technology to improve efficiency and performance including advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
