We are looking for a qualified and motivated candidate for the role of Supply Chain Master Data Analyst (Change Management) - Temporary position, to join the Global Supply Chain Data Management team, based in Sofia.

 

The role

 

The offered position requires excellent communication and training skills, ability to work in multicultural environment and analytical expertise as well as Supply Chain knowledge. In return, we offer a dynamic work environment in a highly motivated team.

 

Main duties and responsibilities

 

• Manage and execute business-training activities for the Global MDM community 

  • Development and update of training materials 
  • Track end users training activities and approve MDG user access requests 
  • Conduct trainings for new and existing MDG users 

 

• Perform data analysis tasks and propose corrective actions 

• Participates in solving business problems and responds to emerging ad-hoc requests

 

Main requirements

 

• University degree preferably in Science, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS-Office Tools (ideal: Excellent PPT)
• Good knowledge of SAP system is preferable
• Very good analytical and critical thinking
• Flexibility, team spirit and self-discipline
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in an international environment
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical business and supply chain knowledge is an advantage
