Working model
This position follows a hybrid model and requires onsite work in Sofia.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Manage (prepare, negotiate and maintain) new /existing Quality Technical Agreements
(QTAs) with suppliers, contractors and clients of the company
- Ensure QTA availability during Transfers/ Switches/ Launches
- Participation in Teva sites preparation for Audits and Inspections in terms of QTAs
availability.
- Corporate QTA templates administration
- Contribute to the department’s working procedures and continuous improvement of processes
- Manage Teva’s global QTA database
- Maintain expertise in specific pharmaceutical fields and GMP/GDP
- Manage and oversee projects
- Participation in training of new employees
- Provide guidance and support to other team members and internal partners
- Provide a professional advice on QTA related topics
Your Skills and Experience
- University degree – Life sciences field is an advantage
- Professional experience in the field of Quality and Quality Agreements
- Excellent command of English; written and spoken
- Fluent Bulgarian language – strongly prefered
- Ability to oversee projects and lead teamwork
- Ability to create, compose and edit written materials
- Excellent computer skills and data management skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Independent and proactive
- Negotiation skills
- Accuracy and independency in practice
