We are excited to announce that there is a great career opportunity for Teva in Sofia for the role of Senior Product Manager for OTC Products with direct reporting to the Business Unit Director OTC.

The opportunity

The Senior Product Manager for OTC products role involves developing and implementing short- and mid-term marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and business goals for OTC products. The position includes creating marketing plans to ensure a competitive OTC product portfolio, proposing strategies for product development and lifecycle management (LCM), and monitoring compliance with revenue and expense budgets (P&L responsibility) in Consumer Health Care (CHC) area.

How you’ll spend your day

•    Achieve targets for assigned product groups and ensure long-term brand development.
•    Position products according to marketing strategies.
•    Design promotional mix and organize marketing research.
•    Continuously monitor brand performance and take corrective actions when needed.
•    Organize product launches under the guidance of Group Managers.
•    Provide product materials and training for medical representatives and sales staff.
•    Conduct joint visits with medical reps and regional managers.
•    Participate in marketing planning meetings and activities.
•    Contribute to production planning for assigned products.
•    Analyze marketing campaigns and competitor activities.
•    Ensure compliance with company policies and timely documentation in financial and compliance systems.

Your experience and qualifications

•    University degree in Marketing, Economics, or Business Administration (or related field).
•    Proven experience in sales and/or marketing; prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
•    Excellent command of English and proficiency in MS Office.
•    Strong presentation and communication skills.
•    Valid driving license.
•    Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment.
•    Customer-focused, relationship-oriented, entrepreneurial, and commercially driven.
