We are looking for qualified and motivated candidates for the role of Senior Computer System Administrator to join the Workplace Services team, based in Sofia.

The Role:

The position requires an IT professional with ability to create and deliver solutions tied to business improvement, organizational development and systems optimization. Skilled at problem identification and troubleshooting, comfortably managing systems and projects, actively collaborating with different teams in a range of IT environments.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage applications in Microsoft Windows Client and Citrix virtual environment
  • Build and maintain standard desktop configurations
  • Assist in the creation of automated software packages
  • Prepare, test and release software applications and security updates
  • Document and maintain desktop security standard configurations
  • Take part in projects that require IT customer service resource
  • End-to-End ownership of assigned incident to ensure resolution and  customer satisfaction
  • Deliver high quality IT technical support to Teva customer community

Successful candidates should have:

  • 2-3 years of providing second level end user support in enterprise level company (Not Service Desk)
  • Proven Experience working with System Center Configuration Manager (Create and manage software packages)
  • Experience with creating Windows images & GPO management
  • High level of knowledge Citrix computing devices (Mobile and desktop)
  • High motivation, team spirit and self-discipline
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • University degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or related field is preferred
