We are searching for qualified and motivated candidates for the role of Quality and Compliance Analyst, IT Infrastructure, who would like to join the Global IT Quality and Compliance team.

The role

The primary responsibility of this position is to establish and maintain the qualified state of the IT infrastructure across the Teva network.  The Quality and Compliance Analyst provides guidance and support for qualification and compliance activities through the entire lifecycle of IT Infrastructure elements and tools.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and guidance to the IT Infrastructure team in IT Infrastructure qualification activities from asset provisioning through retirement
  • Provide Quality Unit review and approval of qualification artifacts including but not limited to plans, testing protocols, specifications and summary reports related to IT Infrastructure projects and programs
  • Provide Quality subject matter expertise to the IT Infrastructure organization during the execution of deployment, support and asset retirement activities
  • Ensure the IT Infrastructure organization operates according to established Quality policy, standards, procedures and industry regulations
  • Support the Quality and IT Infrastructure teams in continuous improvement opportunities
  • Support the creation and maintenance of procedures, templates and tools related to Quality Management Systems supporting IT Infrastructure
  • Review and provide Quality unit approval to ongoing changes to GxP regulated IT Infrastructure elements

Successful candidates should have

  • Bachelor degree in technology, scientific or healthcare discipline
  • Professional experience in a regulated environment supporting IT Infrastructure elements and technology
  • Understanding of Compliance requirements and the proven ability to enforce those requirements
  • Knowledge of qualification methodologies and principles
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and cooperation skills
  • Capable to work as part of a team in a very dynamic and diverse global environment
  • Fluent verbal and written English
