Since August 2016 Actavis has been part of Teva. In Bulgaria the combined company is working under the Actavis brand and is the largest employer in the pharmaceutical industry. Actavis - a Teva company - manages two manufacturing plants, sales and marketing organization and a number of global corporate functions.

 

We are looking for qualified and motivated candidate for the role of Manager TPO Procurement to join the TPO Procurement Europe team, based in Sofia.

Main duties and responsibilities

 

• Being Responsible for Managing Suppliers in Regards to Price Negotiation and Contract Management in complex environment
• Develop a continuous Negotiation plan, manage Price Negotiations and perform according to the Company’s KPI’s
• Manage the Contract terms of the respective suppliers/products and renegotiate terms after alignment with TPO Strategy/Category Management Team on the future Strategy of the product
• Maintain positive/ collaborative relationships with suppliers
• Stakeholder Management
• Work on other projects according to the Company needs

Required are

 

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Materials Management or Engineering
• MBA or relevant MS degree will be considered as an advantage
• 4+ years Procurement experience in good practice environment, preferably in pharma industry and solid understanding of Procurement best practices
• Professional certification in purchasing or supply chain is strong advantage, e.g. from ISM (CPSM, CSM, CPM), from APICS (CPIM, CIRM), from EPIM, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including: ability to keep focus and perform  in complex environment, written and oral communication skills, strong negotiation skills, good analytical skills and  multi-cultural skills
• Ability to quantify financial benefits for identified opportunities and initiatives
• Understanding of international business and contract law
• SAP and Ariba skills preferred
• Fluent Business English
