Our Team, Your Impact

Currently we are looking for а qualified and motivated candidate for the role of experienced Global Supply Chain Planning & Detailed Scheduling Expert, part of the Supply Chain Department based in Sofia.

The Global Supply Chain Planning & Detailed Scheduling Expert will lead the standardization and improvement of detailed scheduling and supply planning processes across global production sites, leveraging SAP planning systems (ECC, APO, IBP). The role supports supply chain transformation by driving best practices, improving planning

How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Lead and standardize Detailed Scheduling processes, tools, and best practices across global supply chain operations.
  • Support production sites in improving supply chain planning capabilities and adopting system-based planning.
  • Guide the use and implementation of SAP planning systems (ECC, APO, IBP) across sites, logistics hubs, and markets.
  • Support core supply planning processes such as RCCP, MPS, MRP, Production Planning, and Detailed Scheduling.
  • Drive process improvements and supply chain best practices in collaboration with global and regional stakeholders.
  • Lead or support global supply chain transformation projects, including stakeholder management and milestone delivery.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in Detailed Scheduling and Supply Chain Planning in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and APO; knowledge of SAP IBP is a plus.
  • Experience working in international and cross-functional project teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in English.
  • APICS CPIM certification preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
