We are looking for qualified candidates for the role of Front End Tech Lead, based in Sofia.

 

The opportunity

 

As a Front End Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customer-facing applications. You will work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure that our applications  meet our customers' needs and deliver an exceptional user experience.

How you’ll spend your day

 

•    Take a leading role of all front-end developments
•    Engineer, design and estimate solutions for new features
•    Review pull requests to ensure high quality and maintainable solutions
•    Implement new features and build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs that match designs
•    Integrate third-party API’s and SDK’s
•    Follow-up new evolutions of technology and take initiative to keep the stack up to date
•    Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum project methodologies
•    Participates in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of new O365/SharePoint based initiatives (Upgrades, Third-Party Solutions and integration with Enterprise Systems)
•    Demonstrates competency/success in the ability to translate customer/business requirements into business solutions and create long term partnerships with customers
•    Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications

 

Your experience and qualifications

 

•    University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or in a related field or equivalent work experience and practical knowledge
•    At least 6 years of experience in frontend development
•    Experience in JavaScript, Vue.js / Angular / React
•    Experience in Node.js, Typescript 
•    Experience in leading E2E development: Features development, Architecture, Design
•    Experience with libraries/frameworks such as Redux, Redux-saga, CSS modules, style-components, Storybook and etc . 
•    Experience with reviewing pull requests of colleagues and improving their technical capability
•    Should be able to help other developers with challenges, problem solving
•    Good analytical and debugging skills
•    Familiar with traditional CMS 
•    Experience in building large scale and performant web Applications
•    Must be able to independently handle complex problems
•    Project management experience, including working with cross-functional teams
•    Be self-motivated, independent and self-managed
•    Very good English language skills
