Our Team, Your Impact

Currently we are looking for а qualified and motivated candidate for the role of experienced Finance Manager, Strategy & Network Execution, part of the TGO Finance / Business Finance based in Sofia.

The Role: The Finance Manager, Strategy & Network Execution supports the TGO Business Finance function by providing financial analysis, planning, and reporting to enable effective decision-making and value realization across network programs, tech transfers, and strategic initiatives.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

Support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for TGO Network Execution Programs and Tech-Transfer activities
Monitor financial performance of network programs, including tracking transformation initiatives and benefits realization
Build and maintain financial models to support capital allocation, network optimization, and product portfolio decisions
Maintain and enhance profitability dashboards and BI reporting tools
Support inventory planning and control, including monitoring performance, trends, and working capital impact
Contribute to automation and improvement of financial processes, reporting, and data quality

Your Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in finance, consulting, FP&A, or business analysis
Strong background in FP&A, controlling, investment evaluation, and strategic finance
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
Experience with BI tools and digital finance solutions is an advantage
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
