In  August 2016 Actavis has been acquired by Teva Pharmaceutical. In Bulgaria we are the largest employer in the pharmaceutical industry with near 1700 employees in the two manufacturing plants (Dupnitsa and Troyan); sales and marketing organization and in a number of global corporate functions based in our country. We are looking for qualified and motivated candidate for the role of Complaint Manager, based in Sofia.

Main Responsibilities


•Observes and follows the requirements of all applicable cGMP Directives, Regulations and guidelines in order to ensure high quality level of the pharmaceuticals products
• Acts as a contact person for the market complaints received for the products under responsibility of the TPO Quality EMEA department
• Registers and investigates the incoming pharmaceutical and technical complaints
• Coordinates complaints regarding clarification of the complaint cause
• Acts as a contact person with the supplier requesting to perform the complaint investigation
• Responsible for receiving of the complaint sample and forwarding it to the supplier/manufacturer
• Forwards adverse event reports and respectively reports on altered efficacy to Pharmacovigilance
• Evaluates supplier investigations, proposed Root Cause and CAPAs.
• Tracks complaints to be completed within the deadlines
• Performs complaints trend analysis
• Research of product and batch data in SA
• Storages and maintain all documents and email correspondence related to the complaint in TrackWise/database
• Creates and maintains the SOPs for Complaints management and Complaints trending.

Main Requirements


• Completed education in pharmacy, chemistry or similar natural science and/or technical training
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality control of medicinal products. 
• Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• High level of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP and Track Wise®
• Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as organizational skills
