The opportunity
We are looking for qualified and motivated candidate for the role of Complaint Officer based in Sofia.
How you’ll spend your day
- Receive information regarding product quality complaints from complaint intake sites.
- Assess the criticality of complaints and ensure timely handling of high-priority cases, including potential Health Authority notifications or product recalls.
- Support product- and defect-specific triage and assign responsibility for investigations.
- Organize and coordinate complaint sample management efficiently.
- Notify third-party suppliers/manufacturers, request formal investigation reports with root cause analysis and CAPAs, and maintain all related correspondence.
- Review and evaluate reports from suppliers to ensure thorough investigations.
- Track complaints to ensure resolution within the required timelines.
- Complete complaint investigation records in the approved electronic system, attaching all relevant supporting documents.
- Perform lot-level and periodic product trend analyses and initiate investigations when trends are detected.
- Provide monthly complaint management reports and data to support quality forums, KPIs reporting, supplier performance reviews, PSUR, and Management Review report preparation.
- Maintain Regional Quality SOPs and standard investigation reports in line with Teva Corporate Policies and GMP requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with all corporate and regional quality standards and procedures.
Your experience and qualifications
- Completed education in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a similar Natural Science and/or technical training.
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- High level of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Veeva.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills.
