We are looking for qualified and motivated candidate for the role of Complaint Officer, based in Sofia.
 

Main Responsibilities

 

• Receipt of complaints concerning product quality
• Act as a contact person for the markets for all the mater related to the received complaints for the products under responsibility of the Department 
• Registration and investigation of the incoming pharmaceutical and technical complaints
• Investigation of the complaints on the basis of customer information and/or the claimed product
• Coordination of complaints regarding clarification of the complaint cause
• Act as a contact person with the supplier requesting to perform the complaint investigation
• Responsible for receiving of the complaint sample and forwarding it to the supplier/manufacturer
• Forwarding adverse event reports and respectively reports on altered efficacy to Pharmacovigilance
• Tracking complaints to be resolved in due time
• Research of product and batch data in SAP
• Storage and maintain all documents and email correspondence related to the complaint in TrackWise/database
• Responsible for maintaining and archiving of all original documents
 

Main Requirements

 

• Completed education in pharmacy, chemistry or similar natural science and/or technical training
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• High level of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP and Track Wise®
• Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as organizational skills
