About the Position: 

The Change Control Specialist will be responsible for the Safety AW Change Management Process of pharmaceutical products in line with regulatory requirements as well as to ensure that the correct AW versioning is implemented and released at the manufacturer`s site as per implementation plan.

 

How You’ll Spend Your Day

 

  • Ownership of all aspects of the Safety Artwork change control process
  • Communicates safety AW change requests with all stakeholders i.e. Contract Manufacturing, Organization Managers and Qualified Person
  • Elaborate with all process involved departments - Regulatory Affairs, Quality Control and Supply Chain
  • Ensures that safety AW changes are implemented in line with Good Manufacturing Practices and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinates and follows – up on change modification, schedules with cross-functional teams to meet customer’s needs
  • Responsible for organizing data and preparing presentation materials for the assigned projects

 

Your Skills and Experience

 

  • Master`s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Natural Science or relevant to the position
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to communicate efficiently with cross- functional and management departments
  • Regulatory Affairs experience or previous experience in pharmaceutical industry would be considered as an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and TrackWise/Veeva QMS would be considered as an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Very good English skills both written and spoken
