Currently we are looking for а qualified and motivated candidate for the role of experienced Associate Director Supply Chain (Temporary position), part of the Supply Chain Department based in Sofia.

The Associate Director Supply Chain is part of the Global Supply Chain Transformation and Center of Practice organization and plays a strategic role in strengthening planning capabilities across Teva Global Operations (TGO).

The role drives the adoption of advanced planning processes and systems, including SAP ERP, SAP APO, and SAP IBP, while supporting global transformation initiatives such as MLTP 2.0 across the manufacturing network.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Lead the deployment of global supply chain planning best practices across TGO sites, EMOs, and markets
  • Drive planning process improvements and strengthen integration across the supply chain network
  • Provide subject matter expertise in SAP ERP, SAP APO, and SAP IBP planning systems
  • Lead initiatives to transition from manual/offline planning to system-based planning environments
  • Oversee core planning processes including RCCP, MPS, MRP, and production scheduling
  • Lead strategic initiatives under the Supply Chain Center of Practice
  • Drive adoption of planning capabilities as part of the MLTP 2.0 transformation program
  • Manage cross-functional projects and global stakeholder alignment

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or similar
  • APICS CPIM certification – preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of production and supply planning processes
  • Experience with SAP ERP and SAP APO planning modules (SNP, PP/DS, MRP); SAP IBP knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and project management skills
  • Experience working in international or matrix organizations
  • Fluent English
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on project needs
