We are looking for a qualified and motivated candidate for the role of Associate Director Procurement Finance Analyst based in Sofia.
 

The opportunity

 

The Associate Director Procurement Finance Analyst will act as a business partner to Global Procurement in driving transparency, in depth analysis and insights, to procurement spend including PPV, Spend and STD analysis

 

How you’ll spend your day

 

•    Support the financial forecasting and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
•    Conduct detailed monthly PPV analysis between procurement and finance teams, utilizing Hyperion and other financial systems.
•    Drive initiatives to improve and standardize PPV reporting processes across all sites.
•    Align and streamline procurement monthly PPV view with the weekly GR reports to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
•    Perform in-depth Forecast vs. Actuals analyses for PPV, identifying key variances and providing actionable insights.
•    Optimize and enhance PPV workflows and reporting standards.
•    Partner with cross-functional teams, including TGO Finance and Procurement Decision Support, to maintain robust weekly PPV reporting and address discrepancies effectively.
•    Act as a key finance business partner to Global Procurement, providing insights, guidance, and financial expertise to support strategic decision-making.
•    Support costing cycles, establish financial and procurement standards at sites, and ensure alignment with global procurement objectives.
•    Ensure alignment between CCoE and procurement in terms of STDs setting/ updates/ missing for all financial processes.
•    Conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
•    Propose changes to improve procurement processes and reduce costs.
•    Lead or contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives, such as cost-saving programs, process automation, and strategic procurement planning.
 

Your experience and qualifications

 

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Accounting. 
•    7+ years professional finance experience in finance and controlling. 
•    Manufacturing experience and knowledge of standard costing and PPVs highly desirable.
•    Strong Communication and partnering skills.
•    Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, SAP, Hyperion- an advantage.
•    Experience with BI and AI tools is an advantage.
•    Excellent command of English.
