We are searching for qualified and motivated candidate for the role of Associate Director Enterprise Architecture, based in Sofia.
The opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect with a strong background in manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise architecture solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives.
How you’ll spend your day
• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manufacturing, and business units, to design and implement scalable and robust architecture solutions.
• Lead the integration of manufacturing systems and processes with enterprise-wide applications and platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for enterprise architecture, including data management, application development, and infrastructure.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the enterprise architecture, with a focus on digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly those relevant to the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
Your experience and qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, with a focus on manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives and technologies, including cloud computing and other data management platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
