We are looking for qualified candidates for the role of Associate Director, IT Finance – Working Capital Manager (Global Functions).
Position location could be Sofia (Bulgaria) or Zagreb (Croatia).
Our Team, Your Impact
The Associate Director for IT Finance – Working Capital Global Functions serves as the primary IT partner for the Working Capital unit, proactively addressing stakeholder needs and ensuring strong alignment between Working Capital business objectives and IT Finance Global Functions strategy. The role Accountable for delivery efforts drives continuous improvement of end‑to‑end Treasury processes, and ensures compliance, operational excellence, and innovation across Working Capital‑related technology domains.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
• Lead/Accountable for execution of IT Finance Global Functions strategy in the Working Capital domain.
• Translate Working Capital strategic needs into practical IT solutions.
• Serve as the central IT focal point for Working Capital and coordinate with cross‑functional IT units.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.
• Enforce Teva global IT and Finance governance practices.
• Oversee delivery of Working Capital IT projects and services.
• Lead business requirement processes and ensure delivery on time and budget.
• Drive continuous improvement of Working Capital processes: Cash & Liquidity, Working Capital, In‑House Banking, Banking & Payments, implementing AI in finance.
• Champion process digitization to enhance user productivity.
• Proactively communicate with Treasury stakeholders.
• Provide accessible updates on IT initiatives and system changes.
• Research emerging technologies relevant to Treasury.
• Experience applying AI/ML for business improvement.
Your Skills and Experience
• 5+ years’ experience delivering SAP FI/Treasury (ECC or S/4HANA).
• Expertise in at least three Treasury areas like Cash & Liquidity, Working Capital, Risk & Exposure, In‑House Banking, Banking & Payments.
• Treasury business understanding.
• CPA or degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance.
• Hands on experience with data, analytics, and AI tools—e.g., predictive modeling, AI copilots, automation solutions.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience applying AI/ML for business improvement.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt.
• Strong project management and PMO‑related skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong presentation capabilities to business senior management.
• Fluent speak and writing English.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
