We are currently searching for motivated and experienced candidates for the position of Artwork and Coordination Specialist, based in Sofia. This is hybrid role with expected at least 10 business days work from the office per month.

 

The opportunity

 

The Artwork and Coordination Specialist will take part in the artwork creation process by building artworks and performing quality checks in line with Regulatory and Business Unit requirements. Action daily tasks within Artwork Management System in line with departmental KPIs and timelines. Work closely with other members of the department to resolve queries and deliver high quality artwork.

 

How you’ll spend your day

 

•    Generate technical artwork files to a high standard of all types to the brief supplied.
•    Dealing with any enquiries relating to artwork files in progress.
•    Ensure artwork complies with the initial project briefing, technical requirements, design guidelines and local regulatory requirements. 
•    Perform quality checks at certain stages of the artwork creation process.
•    Record the data in the designated database and ensure spreadsheets are updated in a timely manner.
•    Manage flow of files and correspondence through Artwork Management System (AMS).
•    Ensure jobs are completed to deadline.
•    Dealing with any enquiries relating to artwork files in progress.

 

 

Your experience and qualifications

 

•    Relevant education to the position.
•    Adobe software package experience (Adobe illustrator, Adobe InDesign) and computer operational experience (MS Office).
•    Attention to detail and goal focused.
•    Structured and systematic.
•    Organized and methodical.
•    Proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
•    Prepress experience in packaging is considered as an advantage.
•    Experience with proofreading or performing quality checks against Artwork briefs, technical requirements and design guidelines is considered as an advantage.
•    Experience with Pharmaceutical artwork projects within Pharma environment is considered as an advantage.
•    Excellent communication skills in an international environment.
