We are currently searching for motivated and experienced candidate for the hybrid position of Analytics Performance Business Owner - Aily, based in Sofia.

The opportunity

 

Transform supply chain from hindsight to foresight. Move beyond dashboards and spreadsheet models to production‑grade AI that predicts demand, anticipates disruptions, optimizes inventory, and lifts operational effectiveness—delivering measurable gains in service, cost, and cash while embedding governance and model lifecycle discipline.

How you’ll spend your day

 

•    Lead end-to-end development of AI/ML use cases
•    Own model integration into Supply Chain processes
•    Drive data reliability, parameter governance & system maintenance
•    Coordinate xross-functional colaboration & project management
•    Own supply-chain analytics tools and foundations

Your experience and qualifications

 

•    Relevant Undergraduate Degree
•    Strong Analytical & Quantitative Skills
•    Advanced Data Manipulation & Modeling Skills
•    Hands-on Experience with BI / Self-Service Analytics Tools
•    Supply Chain Domain Knowledge
•    Requirements Engineering for AI/ML Projects
•    Experience with Data Science & Machine Learning Concepts
•    Programming Exposure (Even Light Level)
•    ERP & System Knowledge
•    Experience with Advanced Planning & Control Tower Tools
•    Collaboration with IT / Data Engineering Teams
•    Experience with Aily - not mandatory
