We are searching for motivated and experienced candidate for the hybrid position of Advanced Analytics Business Owner GSC Transformation S4HANA, based in Sofia.

The opportunity

• Drive and contribute to Supply Chain initiatives aimed at strengthening the Teva Global Operations network, creating measurable business value through improved inventory management, enhanced service levels, bottleneck identification, reduced cycle times, and overall supply chain performance optimization.
• Lead KPI driven projects focused on elevating Global Supply performance by developing and deploying powerful, best in class analytics using SAP IBP, SAP SAC, and SAP ECC—making actionable insights accessible to the entire organization and its key stakeholders.
• Advance the transformation of the supply chain from hindsight to foresight by leveraging AI to predict demand, anticipate disruptions, optimize inventory, and improve operational effectiveness—delivering tangible gains in service, cost, and cash while embedding strong governance and model lifecycle discipline.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

• Expertise / User advanced knowledge of development AI/ML use cases
• Development of predictive analytics in SAP IBP, SAP SAC, SAP ECC (S4HANA) allowing different stakeholders to understand the impact of their plans and facilitating decision-making to implement corrective actions
• Drive data reliability & user trust, parameter governance & system maintenance
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration & project management
• Own Supply-Chain analytics tools and foundations

Your Experience and Qualifications

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Economics / Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physic
• Knowledge of Advance Planning Systems (specially SAP APO, SAP IBP, SAP ECC / S4HANA, SAP SAC) as well as Business Intelligence system
• Supply Chain Domain Knowledge 
• Strong Analytical & Quantitative Skills
• Advanced Data Manipulation & Modeling Skills
• Hands-on Experience with BI / Self-Service Analytics Tool
• Experience with Data Science & Machine Learning Concepts (AI/ML Projects)

Nice to Have

• Certification in APICS (CPIM/CSCP) / Lean Six Sigma / PMP – Not Mandatory, but adds value
• Requirements Engineering for AI/ML Projects
• Experience with Data Science & Machine Learning Concepts
• Collaboration with IT / Data Engineering Teams
