As an AI Automation Engineer, you will design and deliver intelligent, scalable solutions that transform how we operate. You will work with generative AI, conversational AI, and advanced automation technologies to drive real business impact across multiple domains.

This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting‑edge initiatives such as AI copilots, chatbots, and agentic (multi‑agent) workflows, leveraging modern platforms like Microsoft AI Foundry and enterprise cloud technologies. You will collaborate with international teams, contribute to global deployments, and help bring innovative ideas into production.


How You’ll Spend Your Day

 

  • Design, develop, and deliver AI‑driven automation solutions, including generative AI, conversational AI, and agentic workflows
  • Build, deploy, and maintain scalable applications such as chatbots, copilots, and multi‑agent systems
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Integrate AI and automation solutions with existing enterprise systems using APIs, cloud services, and modern architectures
  • Optimize and continuously improve solutions through monitoring, data analysis, and enhancements
  • Ensure high‑quality, secure, and maintainable code by following best practices in software development and AI engineering
  • Prototype and experiment with emerging technologies to drive innovation
  • Document solutions, processes, and best practices to support scalability, governance, and knowledge sharing


Your Skills and Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript
  • Experience developing automation solutions (AI driven, conversational, or workflow based)
  • Hands on experience with APIs, REST services, and enterprise system integrations
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially generative AI, NLP, or conversational systems
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure or similar environments)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into end to end technical solutions
  • Strong problem solving skills and a proactive, solution oriented mindset
  • Experience working in cross functional, agile environments
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken

 

 

Also Good to Have

 

•    Experience with LLMs, generative AI frameworks, or AI application development
•    Hands on experience with conversational AI platforms (chatbots, voicebots)
•    Familiarity with agentic AI or multi agent orchestration frameworks
•    Experience with automation tools (RPA, workflow orchestration)
•    Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure AI Services, Power Platform, Microsoft AI Foundry)
•    Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
•    Experience in regulated industries (e.g. pharmaceuticals, healthcare)
