We are searching for qualified candidate for the role of Senior Cloud Security Engineer, based in Sofia.

 

About the role

 

The Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) at Teva are responsible for planning, defining, and building the next-generation tools, processes, and infrastructure at Teva. This team is positioned in the middle of a large-scale infrastructure that spans multiple Cloud providers and works closely with different stakeholders.

 

Main responsibilities

 

•    Design and build systems and infrastructure that support our multi-Cloud initiative
•    Quickly identify and resolve infrastructure bugs
•    Work closely with our DevOps team
•    Optimize and improve code and processes
•    Work in close collaboration with Security Experts to improve our Cloud Security Posture
•    Work in close cooperation with various departments to design and build architectures that support their initiatives

 

Main requirements

 

•    A Cloud Engineer with 4+ years of experience in production systems
•    Security-oriented and well- informed on information security principles, practices, cybersecurity trends, news, and best practices
•    Knowledge of cloud delivery, security, and deployment models for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings
•    Knowledge of cloud security standards (e.g., NIST, CIS, ISO, CSA STAR) 
•    Experience with at least one scripting or programming language – Python, PowerShell, Golang, Ruby, C#, etc.
•    Good experience in Linux system internals and shell scripting; experience in running production systems over the Cloud and configuration management tools like Ansible/Chef/Puppet/PowerShell DSC.
•    Experience with designing microservices and distributed application architectures
•    Experience and a thorough understanding of modern Infrastructure management methodologies
•    Experience in container orchestration (Kubernetes)
•    Great networking foundations: TCP/IP, DNS, load-balancers, network security
•    Experience with designing cloud-native architectures
•    Experience with EDR, MDM, DLP
•    Experience with SIEM and CSPM
•    Understanding of CI/CD workflows and tools (Azure DevOps)
•    Experience in designing Security-oriented architectures
•    Very good English – both written and spoken
