We are looking for qualified and motivated candidate for the role of SAP Quality Management Trainer, based in Sofia

The Position


The SAP trainer is responsible for leading end to end training activities associated with Quality Management business area. Complete work stream deliverables according to timelines coming from current SAP and other applications implementation roadmap and live sites. Accountable for preparing, checking training content, updating trackers, and qualify Business stakeholders (Super Users, SME's).


This role main focus areas will be:


•    Strong grasping of business processes and connect them with the SAP ECC blueprint 
•    Able to learn fast and as much as possible self-sufficient in terms of Knowledge Transfer 
•    Able to develop and edit Instructor Led Training course materials based on the Enable Now demos 
•    Able to develop and edit eLearning training courses using Enable Now 
•    Able to support the built of training libraries together with other peers (Enable Now) 
•    Facilitate the training materials review process with functional track teams and local BPO's, perform edits and follow up sign off process 
•    Able to understand data and prepare training data when needed 
•    Deliver ongoing trainings for Business stakeholders (SME's and Super users) and also End Users when applicable 
•    Support Internal Trainers with end users trainings until they are able to conduct training independently 
•    Deliver remotely with minimal supervision 

Main Requirements


• University  Degree 
•Training experience in Quality Management SAP modules functionalities 
• Extensive technical knowledge on SAP’s services 
• Experience in Enable Now or other training development platforms 
• Experience in pharma or similar industy (FMCG or other related to the field)
• Professional English speakers, Second European language is a plus 
• Organizational skills 
• Presentation skills 
• Remote training skills 
• Able to explain technical information in a clear and simple manner 
• Able to work under pressure 
• Creative / flexible 
• Driven by timelines 
• Strong ability for team work - a must in order to support other team members if needed 


Mandatory Functional SAP Knowledge in SAP Quality Management ECC: 


QM Main Processes: 
• Quality Master data 
• Quality inspection execution 
• Quality inspection execution with LIMS 
• Investigation Management 
• Sampling Management 
• Certificates Management 
• Vendor Qualification 
• Plan stability sample drawing 
• Batch Expiration and Re-Test control 
• Recall Management 
• Batch status & disposition 
• Batch Generation & Numbering 
• Batch Characteristics and Derivation 
• Quality Change Control 
• Batch Determination 
• Artwork Management 

Manufacturing + General Inputs for QM ECC: 
• Goods receipt process (stock to QI and not; where to control) from Purchase order 
• Inspection plan structure including Sampling procedure, sampling scheme and sample-drawing procedure, which defines the number of samples and how and where to take 
• Material master setup and the SAP standard control of it (e.g. QM material auth. key for e-signature) 
• Goods receipt process from process order (incl. steps in MFG and LOG area like consumption) è This is needed to prepare test data 
• Notification management using quality notification (by SAP standard) 
• Result recording in SAP (QE11 / QE51N) for QA testing (QC testing is LIMS and it is a TEVA specific process) 
• Knowledge about IDOCs for Inspection plan and lots in general (how to look for IDOCs in case something went wrong) 
• Usage decision in SAP (and the related objects like selected sets for UD) 
• Issuing of certificates in general (incl. how to define certificate profiles) 
• Expiry control by SAP standard (how to move stock in case of re-test or expired stock) 
• Change Control using ECO (Electronic change order) 
• Artwork management (Revision management for packaging material connected to ECO) 
• Batch and stock status in SAP standard (what is different between stock status and batch status)
