In  August 2016 Actavis has been acquired by Teva Pharmaceutical. In Bulgaria we are the largest employer in the pharmaceutical industry with near 1700 employees in the two manufacturing plants (Dupnitsa and Troyan); sales and marketing organization and in a number of global corporate functions based in our country.  As a Teva company, in October 2020 Actavis has started the process of re-branding and anticipating the Teva brand.

 

We are looking for qualified and motivated candidate for the role of Program Management, Global Facility Management - Europe, based in Sofia. 

 

The Position

 

This role ensures support for professional operation of the GFM European unit and projects and the achievement of objectives and work plans for implementing policies and workflows, service targets and cost reduction that will enable support business activity.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Contribute significantly to the success of the projects, efficient utilization of the resources, and help in achieving strategic objectives
• Establishes a project governance framework to have a structured approach to govern the projects
• Prioritize Projects as per Strategic Business Objectives
• Managing the integration of ongoing FM activities, at the regional level
• Support forecasting, planning, development and management of the sites, facilities, plants, systems and services to support continuous operations of TEVA
• Operational support of the Region to ensure and maintain the highest possible services levels and standards. Support management of achieving regional savings targets 
• Identifying operational requirements and operational solutions to upcoming issues and problems (bottlenecks) on various organizational levels
• Planning, consolidating and implementing of the annual CAPEX /OPEX for FM; reviewing and optimizing CAPEX requests from the local sites, supporting approval and implementation phases
• Acting as FM interface and supporting synergy projects with the local, regional and global teams
• Promote synergy projects across FM and  Teva Operations to target effectiveness and best business practices
• Direct responsibility for program managing European FM projects that will enable the achievement of the organization's objectives and work plans
• Oversee business projects and ensure that are completed on time and within budget
• Centralize information and deliver it to the right stakeholders
• Provides management reports, establishing guidelines, and a governance framework – overall progress of projects, status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio, project risks and mitigating these risks, operational efficiency
• Facilitates team collaboration and communication – aligning remote teams and bringing everyone on the same page
• Manages relationships with business stakeholders to ensure business requirements are captured & aligned on all levels 
• Participates in the development of Regional AOP including annual budget (Capex and Opex)
• Supports the team in real estate activities

 

Main Requirements:

 

Qualifications / Experience:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent, (preference given to those with a degree in Facility Management, Logistics, or Engineering)
• 5 years’ experience in Facility management/Engineering in soft, hard services and projects
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in management of different projects
• Experience managing Capex projects and working in international companies
• Well-developed management skills, with experience in team building and management
• Experience within a pharmaceutical company, food company, or manufacturer preferred 
• Experience managing company general services in international companies

• Excellent written and oral communications skills, including the ability to effectively communicate at all levels
• High level of written and spoken English
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong level of customer-focused experience

• Flexible to meet the requirements of the customer and business
• Ability to take initiative with minimum consultation, as well as the ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines; 
• Creativity and the ability to “think outside the box”
