In  August 2016 Actavis has been acquired by Teva Pharmaceutical. We are searching for qualified and motivated candidates for the role of Print Proof Coordinator, who would like to join to the Global Artwork Studio team with solid reporting line to Group Leader Artwork Studio Quality Control. 
 

The role

 

This position is based in Sofia. Its main purpose is to check the accuracy of the provided by the suppliers print ready files (prepress and quality checks) and to coordinate the workflow of Supplier`s Print Proofs between the Global Artwork Studio, global markets and suppliers. Record data for quality measures, reports and continuous improvement.

 

Main duties and responsibilities

 

•    Check the files (Printers Proofs) provided by the Supplier for anomalies, printing and prepress correctness and comparing them with the approved artwork. Co-ordinate the workflow between suppliers and markets to ensure required deadlines are met
•    Chase markets/suppliers where required
•    Investigate and report to QC Team leader errors or issues with Print Proofs
•    Record and trend data to be fed into the Quality Management System
•    Support and assist other QC roles when required 
•    Application of approved artwork procedures to all activities both within Studio and with external parties
 

Successful candidates should have

 

•    Relevant Education
•    Educated to A-level, or equivalent
•    Experience with Adobe Creative Suit
•    Experience in prepress and/or printing / packaging industry
•    Experienced PC user (MS Office experience)
•    Copy checking/Proof reading skills – 2 years
•    Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry Quality process
•    Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Goal focused
•    Structured and systematic
•    Customer oriented
•    Enthusiastic and flexible
•    Confident and thorough, conscientious
 

Additionally, we will consider as an advantage any of the following

 

•    Experience of working within Pharmaceutical packaging environment
•    Experience of working to deadlines
