In  August 2016 Actavis has been acquired by Teva Pharmaceutical. In Bulgaria we are the largest employer in the pharmaceutical industry with near 1700 employees in the two manufacturing plants (Dupnitsa and Troyan); sales and marketing organization and in a number of global corporate functions based in our country. We are looking for qualified and motivated candidate for the role of Manufacturing Deployments PMO, based in Bulgaria (Flexible location: Sofia, Dupnitsa or Troyan).

The role

 

Manufacturing Deployments PMO will be responsible for managing day to day pre & post Go-live Project Management activities, support the processes for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, reporting of a large-scale rapid deployment of SAP ERP and boundary system projects for the manufacturing business of Teva in Europe and Americas. This position reports into Director, Deployment Leader - SAP Manufacturing.‎
 
 

Main Responsibilities

 

• Responsible for handling a large scale business transformations Global deployment rollout projects, managing the entire project life cycle, program management encompassing multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Lead PMO Office with its team collaborating with business and IT leadership
• Active engagement with leadership from business case development through program delivery and business outcomes
• Holistic project monitoring, controls, team integration, change integration, and corrective action as needed. Ensure the application of Project Management best practices and Company SDLC standards in managing the project as appropriate.
• Interact with other program leads to ensure consistent processes and high-quality reporting.
 

Main Requirements

 

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related, information technology, engineering, or operations discipline
• 5+ years Senior Project Management / PMO experience &/or 7 – 10  years' of functional leadership on SAP deployment projects
• Experience with large scale, full SAP life cycle implementations required. Implementation integration with LIMS (Laboratory Systems) and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) is preferable.
• Must have experience with internal consulting and demonstrated ability to influence without authority
• Knowledge in IT process development and implementation
• Highly team-oriented. Can operate effectively in global networks
• Strong program and project management experience with proven track-record of leading cross-functional IT/Business transformation programs preferably in life sciences industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and/or oversee multiple, simultaneous projects and programs.
• Experience with managing projects across predictive and adaptive methodologies e.g. Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience with managing work across multiple vendors, resolving issues ensuring execution excellence
• Fluent English – writing, reading and speaking
