Our Team, Your Impact

Currently we are looking for а qualified and motivated candidate for the role of experienced (Senior) Finance Analyst, Strategic Initiatives part of the TGO Finance / Business Finance based in Sofia.

This role supports financial decision-making by delivering insights, analysis, and planning across operational and strategic initiatives. It contributes to improving financial visibility, tracking performance, and enabling effective execution of transformation programs.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

Design and update financial models that support business cases, investment decisions, and optimization of network and product strategies
Contribute to the preparation and coordination of budgeting cycles, forecasts, and periodic financial reports for key operational and transformation initiatives
Evaluate inventory dynamics, including stock levels and working capital impact, in partnership with supply chain and finance teams
Track financial and operational progress of ongoing programs, ensuring alignment with targets and identifying variances and value delivery
Develop and refine reporting dashboards and analytical tools to provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders
Drive improvements in financial processes by enhancing automation, streamlining reporting, and increasing data accuracy and usability
Prepare structured financial analyses and presentations to support decision-making in governance and performance review meetings

Your Skills and Experience

University degree in a finance-related field such as Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Initial professional experience (approximately 1–3 years) in areas like financial analysis, FP&A, consulting, or similar roles
Proven ability to work with financial data, build models, and derive meaningful insights
Good understanding of core finance processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
Strong command of MS Excel and the ability to create clear, structured presentations (e.g., PowerPoint)
Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools is considered an advantage
