Position Summary

Product management and providing succinct strategic direction, planning and execution in shaping the product as one of the leaders in the respective space. Territory includes Singapore and Malaysia

Specific Responsibilities

  • Understand the market and customer dynamics and develop a clear Brand Plan for key products (specialty and generic brands)

  • Establish marketing strategies including product direction, advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future product development to manage a product or product category's life cycle

  • Conduct market analysis to develop and improve strategic decisions about the brands

  • Drive the digital transformation of Teva’s Singapore and Malaysia through the development of a digital strategy aligned to country commercial objectives and Teva’s International Market Digital Strategy

  • Develop & implement KOL and Key Account Management

  • Develop and direct marketing programs for a significant product or product category

  • Lead and implement projects from time to time including Teva Global Branding initiatives

  • Work with Cross-functional team for effective development and execution of Key projects

  • Ensure effective Brand communication and its evaluation on regular basis for Brand building

  • Typically resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist

  • Ensure Sales Reps and others are trained on the product related areas

  • Ensure all the Communication passes through the approved approval process

  • Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes

  • Adhere to compliance in accordance to company’s SOPs

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in applicable discipline (Marketing/Product Management)

  • Minimum 5-8 years of sales and marketing experiences in the pharmaceuticals industry

  • 2 – 3 years pharmaceutical sales experience

  • Experience in handling Branded Generics, Specialty products, and Patient Support Programs

  • 1- 2 years of digitial marketing experience

  • Experience working in multi-national companies or service industry in MNC setting

  • Competent in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Words
