Position Summary

A hybrid position of sales and product position, with 70% focused on sales and 30% on product. Achieving both sales & product KPIs. Active involvement in pre-launch activities and ensuring active contribution to the product pre-launch preparation in addition to extending into launch and post launch period. Active contribution in implementing commercial plans. Build product advocates and customer base. Timely report the field performance and market information to line manager. Arrange and participate sales and marketing activities.

Specific Responsibilities

Product (30%)

  • Complete and accurately implement segmentation and Targeting exercise of product target customers
  • Give timely feedback on TEVA’s product pricing and competitors’ and provide suggestion.
  • Provide listing plan & prepare dossiers for successful product listing at the targeted hospitals
  • Work cross-functionally with Medical Scientific Liaison and Nurse to ensure HCPs are provided with support (Patient Support Program) as per the agreed timelines within the compliance SoP.
  • Recommend effective customer programs that will assist in creating brand awareness and preference.

 

Sales (70%)

  • Attain call frequency on priority customers in line with cycle targets.
  • Plan efficient territory coverage utilising continually updated sales and customer data to achieve or exceed agreed sales targets as set by direct superior.
  • Co-ordinate with marketing to arrange medical meetings, health seminars and other related promotional activities.
  • Develop new accounts actively; follow up with existing accounts on regular basis; maintain good relations and rapport with doctors.
  • Submit periodic reports with updated market information on any clinical changes and opinions, competitor activities.
  • Use approved promotional materials (digital & print) at territory consistent with current commercial trategy.
  • Ensure all activities comply with all regulations in Singapore (Teva & Industry) SoPs
  • Provide effective call plans and execute as per the agreed action plans
  • Work cross-functionally with PhV, MSL, Nurse in providing effective support to the targeted HCPs as per TEVA’s SoPs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Science
  • Minimum 3 year experience, in specialty sales preferably with Oncology
  • Field experience in pharmaceuticals is preferred
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient selling skills and product knowledge
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Good networking with healthcare professionals and others
  • Positive & Commercial mind-set: Territory planning with customers’ objective setting, action plans development and execution as per the timelines
  • Ability to self-prioritize to achieve pre-sales target and sales growth and speed of response.
  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
