The opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy analyst with a strong background in technology scouting and evaluation. The ideal candidate will have experience in venture capital, corporate innovation, management consulting, or similar roles, and a proven ability to identify emerging technologies and assess their strategic fit. This role requires curiosity, analytical rigor, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
How you’ll spend your day
- Technology Scouting: Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies and startups aligned with Teva’s strategic priorities
- Challenge Alignment: Collaborate with business units to understand needs and match them with external solutions.
- Market & Trend Analysis: Research emerging tech trends and assess their relevance to pharma and healthcare.
- Due Diligence: Conduct technical and commercial assessments of potential partners.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare clear, concise reports and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Knowledge management: document and track all interactions with startups, ecosystem partners, and external stakeholders, ensuring all engagements and collected information is properly utilized for future references and learnings.
Your experience and qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree - Must. In a technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems) - Advantage.
- Experience: 2–4 years in VC, corporate innovation, technology scouting,consulting or tech analyst roles.
- Skills: Strong analytical and research capabilities, structured thinking, and ability to synthesize complex information.
- AI toolset: understanding of AI tools & agents, and capability to utilize them for improved productivity efficiency.
- Tech Orientation: Deep interest in emerging technologies and their business applications; understanding of the tech ecosystem landscape.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in English; ability to present insights visually & effectively.
- Organization & workflow management: highly organized with ability to optimize workflow processes; able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Mindset: Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven with a passion for innovation.
Location: Shoham, Israel (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)
